"I just wanted to let you know that I've received rave reviews from the Lemon Curd tart with a Lavender Honey infused cream. This is a dessert that I learned in my "Dinner in Provence" class. I made the tart last week for a dinner party of 12. Quite surprising to me, all 12 of my guests drove down from Seattle to my home in Tacoma for dinner. Also
at the dinner party we had the pork tenderloin dish and chutney which I learned from the Peaches class.
